Kenyan Voter Information on Google Maps

The next general election in Kenya will be held on the 4th March 2013. These will be the first general elections run by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission.

To help Kenyans register for next year's election the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission has created a Find My Registration Center Google Map. Users can search the map by address or can select their county, constituency and ward from the drop-down menus.

The IEBC has now also released a useful Google Map that can show you your polling station based on your ID or passport number. The Voter Information Map allows voters to enter an ID number or Passport no. and find out where their polling station is located.

The Find My Registration Center application was created for the IEBC with the help of GIS experts JapakGIS.
